I recently concluded the sort sale on my property. I started out this process in October of 2010 with a lot of apprehensions and I had heard endless stories about the nightmares involved in a short sale. I was represented by Alinor Willis and Joy Adeeb from Intero for this sale. I stumbled upon them by chance and I did not have any referrals for them. But once I met them I was convinced that they were specialists in short sale and I blindly took the leap of faith. I am very happy with my decision and what I thought out to be a very difficult process was made so easy with their help. They educated me about the intricacies of a short sale and they were always eager to answer any concerns I had. They were very quick to respond to my email and phone calls. I was really impressed by their expertize in negotiations with the bank and the buyer. They also helped to settle my past due balance with my HOA. They were very meticulous and professional with all the paperwork. They also did a great job with the open house and showings and were very accommodating of my schedule since I was still residing at the property. It was my lucky day in April 2010, when I pick up letter on my porch left by two real estate ladies, Ms. Alinor Willis and Ms. Joy Mahin Adeeb. Letter proposed help in selling my house on 852 N 8 street, San Jose.
