  • Broker agrees to exercise reasonable effort and due diligence to achieve the purpose of the listing agreement.  Unless Owner gives Broker the written instructions to the contrary, Broker is authorized to advertise and market the Business, including Business name and address, in any method and in any medium, including the internet, selected by Broker. 
  • We as specialist advertise your business mainly on BizBen.com with no address.
  • We also use loopnet.com and MLS as required for advertising your business.
  • We filter the Buyer’s and with our best of knowledge try to expose your business only to qualified buyers.
  • We have great number of business clients in our database who we worked with over the years in business acquisition.  We will contact and advertise your business to our own clients.
  • We send out flyers to businesses on the quarterly base, as required, with our listings.
  • We create income / expense evaluation sheet and flyer for buyer’s review based on the information given to us by Owner.
  • We also have our buyers signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement before giving out the premises address.
